Het huis staat in een doodlopende straat in een heel erg rustige straat. Enkel als de wind wat verkeerd zit, hoor je het verkeer vanop de iets grotere straat vlakbij. Heel makkelijk te vinden met GPS/Waze. Keurig huis, netjes onderhouden, zwembad erg proper, alle geriefelijkheden aanwezig. De bewoners wonen er zelf wanneer het niet is verhuurd wat maakt dat het enerzijds een bewoonde indruk geeft (met foto's en persoonlijke spulletjes) en anderzijds niet enkel voorzien is van het absolute minimum om het te laten renderen maar wel degelijk van alle gemakken, huishoudelijk gerief enz. Wij waren er tijdens de grote 'canicule' (hittegolf) van begin juli 2019 en dat was wel te voelen op de eerste verdieping met de slaapkamers. Beneden is er airco, op de eerste verdieping is die er niet. In één van de slaapkamers staat er wel mobiele ventilatie. Wij hadden gelukkig nog twee eigen ventilatoren bij. Ontvangst was super gemoedelijk, alles werd uitgelegd, we kregen meteen toegang tot alle apparatuur (gas-BBQ, wasmachine, droogkast, ...), we mochten voor alles bellen, binnen het half uur zouden ze er hebben kunnen staan. Wij voelden ons alvast meteen thuis.

The house is in a dead end street in a very quiet street. Only when the wind is a bit wrong, you can hear the traffic from the slightly larger street nearby. Very easy to find with GPS / Waze. Neat house, well maintained, swimming pool very clean, all conveniences present. The residents live there themselves when it is not rented out, which on the one hand gives it an inhabited impression (with photos and personal items) and on the other hand not only has the absolute minimum to make it pay off, but it does have all the conveniences, household convenience etc. We were there during the large "canicule" (heat wave) of early July 2019 and that was felt on the first floor with the bedrooms. Downstairs there is air conditioning, on the first floor there is none. of the bedrooms there is mobile ventilation. Luckily we had two of our own fans. Reception was super friendly, everything was explained, we immediately had access to all equipment (gas BBQ, washing machine, dryer, ...), we were allowed to call for everything, they could have been there within half an hour. We already felt at home right away.
