The holiday house is on two floors. On the 1st floor there is a living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a toilet with shower cabin. From the living room you have a great view of the sea. Free wireless internet. On the first floor, there is 1 bedroom with a doublebed and a singlebed. Final cleaning and electricity are included in the price, as well as one sack of firewood. You need to bring bed linen with you.
There are 2 fishing rods at your disposal, and possible to rent a boat with a small motor.
The holiday house is in Svenevig, 5 km from the cozy town of Lyngdal with shopping streets, restaurants and a cinema, as well as the popular water park Sørlandsbadet, perfect for the whole family. Rosfjord camping has a great sandy beach. In Spangereid, you can visit Norway's southernmost underwater restaurant, "Under" and see the Spangereid Canal.
Other family activities in the area include a trip to Lista Lighthouse (37 km), and Vanse (25 km) where you will find Lista Adrenaline Park with go-karts, flipside/skate park, trampoline park, paintball and restaurant, Alcoa Environmental Park, bike paths and pump track.
