Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet both for your morning coffee and for barbecue evenings. Within easy reach is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel and its small shops and restaurants. In the northern part is Hökafältet, a popular nature reserve with several exercise trails and walking paths. To the south, the development transitions to Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. There is a shopping center nearby and the area offers a large number of summer activities, including tennis, paddle and mini golf. Just south of here you will reach the Bjäre peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. There are excellent cycle paths to the north and south. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its wide range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not pay a visit to the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location on the Lagan. Lagan has fine salmon fishing (fishing license required).
