The cottage is very pleasant and well planned. From the entrance you enter the heart of the house, an open kitchen with dining area and sitting area, next to a spacious living room with comfortable furniture and modern TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher. There is also a stove here that can heat the entire cabin on slightly chilly winter days.
Hallandsåsen has beech forest, paddocks surrounded by stone-walled yards, beaches and dense spruce forest. From the sea in the west, with Torekov and Båstad, Ängelholm in the south, Bjärehalvön, Laholm in the north with long beaches and the troll forest, which stretches all the way to Örkelljunga in the east. Here you will find lots of nice excursion destinations and places to eat. A short drive away is Laholm, which has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. A short drive south from the ridge lies Lake Västersjön. Here there is excellent fishing and the possibility to rent a boat etc.
For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf courses nearby. The nearest is Laholms Gk.
