The restored farmhouse from the eighteenth century consists of 3 living areas named after grape varieties from the region: Muscat, Grenache and Syrah. The gîte Syrah is occupied by the owner who is present on the property for maintenance and welcoming guests. The accommodation is part of the Parc Régional du Languedoc nature reserve, 9 km from the Canal du Midi and 2.8 km from the village of Rieux. The nearest airport and train station are 26 and 35 km from the property, respectively. On the south-west side of the house is a vast terrace divided by a hedge between the 3 accommodations; thus, each accommodation has its own terrace with furniture and barbecue.
