The house is located at the edge of a beautiful village, within the stunning countryside. It provides spacious and comfortable bedrooms, living areas and vast gorgeous gardens. The residence is rather perfect for families. Enjoy scenic walks through the region and visit the nearby towns of Saintes and Cognac, where you will find several restaurants and bars. The beaches of Royan are 45-60 mins away and the pretty village of St. Sauvant, with a bar and a little shop, is within walking distance. The house goes back to the 18th Century when it was a barn.
