Superbe appartement pour 6 personnes א Paris

We have enjoyed our vacation in Paris. I would suggest adding some hooks for hanging towels & some type of hooks for hanging jackets. There also needs to be some type of organizer/shelf in the shower to put soap & shampoos on. Location was easy to find. Very Small spiral staircase to climb to get to the apartment. We knew there was no air condition and that was no problem, visited in November. Other than that, the apartment was as described.

Great location, plenty of room, clean bedding and comfortable beds. Access was a bit concerning - very narrow and unsafe feeling staircase, no smoke alarms. Soundproofing could be improved. Bathrooms smelled of raw sewage. Could have been cleaner. Not sure all the 10/10 reviews are genuine - the lower ones are more accurate. Despite all of this, we had a fantastic break in Paris.

Malgré plusieurs courriels et téléphones disant qu’il n’y avait pas de chauffage personne n’a pris la peine de corriger la situation. Il faisait très froid. Il fallait garder nos manteaux à l’intérieur… De plus l’odeur des toilettes étaient épouvantables et ça se sentait partout dans l’appartement. Il y avait de la moisissure dans le bas des douches. Le robinet de la cuisine n’était pas fixé et l’entrèe de service pour accéder à l’appartement était dégueulasse. .

Good: - Location - Spacious Problems: - Apartment was not ready for check-in on arrival day - Cleaning pre-arrival was not completed, garbage bag was in the middle of the apartment, we had to search the towels, ... - Shower was smelling from the drain

Started off with only one set of keys which needed to be secured from a lock box three blocks away. The elevator was broken so we had to lug heavy luggage up a very filthy and dark stairway. The bedrooms were adequate as seen in the pictures online. The main area was NOTHING like pictured. It didn’t have a rug, didn’t have the same chairs or wall decorations. It was dirty… especially the sofa which had many gross stains on it. The remote didn’t work properly on the main room. The kitchen faucet was loose and laying down in the side. Minimal dishes/pots/utilsils. Couldn’t figure out the stovetop. So basically the main area was not a place anyone wanted to be. We were stuck in our bedrooms. They promoted A/C which ended up being two cheap rotating fans which didn’t function properly. No extra towels. The stairwell was filthy with exposed wires and we even saw mice by the garbage on the bottom floor near the stairs. Disgusting. We deserve a partial refund as it was the low point of our European vacation. I called VRBO and they sent a form for me to file a complaint, which I did with pics I took to prove what I said. I got an auto response back that they aren’t monitoring my emails and to call their 800 number. So frustrating since I already called and spoke to their rep. So basically I’m being ignored. Don’t stay at this place. It was bad
