Nous avons eu une expérience incroyable dans cet appartement de luxe exquis, situé dans un endroit remarquable, nous avions une vue imprenable sur la Tour Eiffel et un endroit optimal pour assister au feu d'artifice du 14 juillet, l'emplacement était parfait, juste à côté du métro pour une navigation pratique dans la ville, l'appartement était élégant et entièrement équipé pour une visite agréable à Paris et la fête d'anniversaire de notre fils, je l'apprécie !

This apartment is ideally located, within a 15-minute stroll to the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Elysees, The terrace offers a splendid view of the Eiffel Tower, perfect for a mid-day break or a glass of wine in the evening, Numerous restaurants, bars, and convenience stores are in the vicinity, along with three places to grab some quick groceries, There's a metro station just around the corner for those needing to travel further, The apartment is spotless and equipped with everything you require, The check-in process was explained clearly and communication was excellent throughout our visit, We came on an early train from London and were allowed to leave our luggage ahead of time, saving us the hassle of carrying them around or finding somewhere else to store them, We highly recommend this apartment!

A superb location and an ideal spot for a short stay, I'd love to come back for a longer visit, I was pleasantly surprised to be able to pay a nominal fee for early check-in, all organized via email after reserving the apartment, The apartment is immaculate and matches the photos perfectly, Having a laundry machine was a nice extra touch (we brought our own detergent sheets), The kitchen was well equipped and we made a light breakfast in the apartment every day, The bathroom came with an excellent hairdryer, a cut above your typical hotel version, The only thing that could have made it better was a place to hang towels in one of the bathrooms, but we made do with a hanger, Apart from that, it's a splendid apartment, nearly flawless,

Un superbe emplacement et un endroit idéal pour un court séjour, j'aimerais revenir pour un séjour plus long, j'ai été agréablement surpris de pouvoir payer un supplément nominal pour un enregistrement anticipé, tout organisé par e-mail après la réservation de l'appartement, l'appartement est impeccable et correspond parfaitement aux photos, avoir une machine à laver était une touche supplémentaire agréable (nous avons apporté nos propres feuilles de lessive), la cuisine était bien équipée et nous avons préparé un petit-déjeuner léger dans l'appartement tous les jours, la salle de bain était équipée d'un excellent sèche-cheveux, un cran au-dessus de la version hôtelière typique, la seule chose qui aurait pu l'améliorer était un endroit pour accrocher les serviettes dans l'une des salles de bain, mais nous nous sommes contentés d'un cintre, à part cela, c'est un appartement splendide, presque sans défaut,

As anticipated, the place was elegantly upscale and minimalistic, The beds were comfortable and came with high-quality pillows and linens, The kitchen was modern and luxurious, The large TV with 'art' mode instead of a blank screen was a nice touch, It had lovely little balconies with a view of the Eiffel Tower, The bathroom was adorned with beautiful marble tiles and had nice showers and plush towels, Individual NEST thermostats ensured comfort in both bedrooms, However, guests need to bring their own toilet paper and paper towels as none were provided,

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely delightful, The positioning is outstanding - the Champs Elysees and the Eiffel Tower are a short walk away, The locality felt incredibly secure, with a convenience shop and a Metro station just around the corner, I was on vacation with my spouse and our three children, The apartment suit us perfectly, We didn't intend to cook much, but we did whip up some eggs and snacks,,, I'd say the only minor downside is the kitchen was a bit basic - lacking a freezer and only had a few cooking utensils,,, However, there was ample glassware and stoneware for our family, Considering the culinary delights of Paris, we didn't anticipate to cook a great deal so it wasn't a problem :) On the plus side, the host was exceedingly helpful - promptly answering a late-night query with a phone call that entirely resolved my tech issue, They also assisted with a few inquiries to facilitate our stay in Paris, Would emphatically endorse and would love to stay again!!

Notre séjour dans cet appartement était absolument délicieux, le positionnement est exceptionnel - les Champs Elysées et la Tour Eiffel sont à quelques pas, le quartier était incroyablement sécurisé, avec une supérette et une station de métro juste au coin de la rue, j'étais en vacances avec mon conjoint et nos trois enfants, l'appartement nous convenait parfaitement, nous n'avions pas l'intention de cuisiner beaucoup, mais nous avons préparé des œufs et des collations... Je dirais que le seul petit inconvénient est que la cuisine était un peu basique - il manquait un congélateur et n'avait que quelques ustensiles de cuisine... Cependant, il y avait suffisamment de verrerie et de grès pour notre famille, compte tenu des délices culinaires de Paris, nous n'avions pas prévu de cuisiner beaucoup donc ce n'était pas un problème :) Du côté positif, l'hôte était extrêmement serviable - répondant rapidement à une question de fin de soirée par un appel téléphonique qui a entièrement résolu mon problème technique, ils ont également aidé à quelques demandes de renseignements pour faciliter notre séjour à Paris, je l'approuverais sans hésiter et j'adorerais y séjourner à nouveau !!

So far, this has been my preferred apartment since I began reserving with Airbnb! Its appearance is impressive, the location couldn't be better and it's extremely cozy, I couldn't desire anything more even if I tried, Excellent!

As a short-term rental owner, I know what to look out for, This place is exceptional, spotless, cozy, and the host is very responsive, The location allows you to explore central Paris by foot, but you might need transportation to Monmarte, The fully equipped kitchen allows you to test your culinary skills, should you be brave enough to do so in Paris! The washer and dryer are convenient additions, we were on a week-long trip and it was handy to freshen up our clothes, I want to give a special shoutout to the checkmyguest guys - always punctual and friendly, Thanks, we will return!

Basically, everything in the flat is brand new and in immaculate condition, Had a bit of trouble getting in on the first day, but Checkmyguest provided immediate assistance, and from then on everything went without a hitch, Would definitely recommend for future visits
