The apartment was beautiful and conveniently located close to restaurants, metro, and the Eiffel Tower, It had ample space to accommodate our family of 5 comfortably, The place provided all the necessary amenities, The small elevator was sufficient to carry our light luggage up 6 floors, and we managed to climb the stairs ourselves, We did notice some sewer odors, similar to other reviews, but they were not intense and quickly vanished when we ran the water, so it was not a major inconvenience, We would certainly choose to stay here again due to the location and stunning space!

Il y avait suffisamment d'espace pour accueillir confortablement notre famille de 5 personnes. L'endroit offrait toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le petit ascenseur était suffisant pour transporter nos bagages légers jusqu'à 6 étages, et nous avons réussi à monter les escaliers nous-mêmes. Nous avons remarqué des odeurs d'égout, similaires à d'autres critiques, mais elles n'étaient pas intenses et ont rapidement disparu lorsque nous avons fait couler l'eau, donc ce n'était pas un inconvénient majeur. Nous choisirions certainement de rester ici à nouveau en raison de l'emplacement et de l'espace magnifique !

The location was fantastic and it covered all our needs, It was convenient to have an elevator for groceries and heavy luggage, We felt incredibly safe, and it was near to all amenities, The Metro was within a short walking distance, and the Eiffel Tower was just around the corner, The location and flat were both superb!

Nous nous sommes sentis incroyablement en sécurité et c'était proche de toutes les commodités. Le métro était à quelques pas et la Tour Eiffel était juste au coin de la rue. L'emplacement et l'appartement étaient tous deux superbes !

Incredibly charming apartment, The loft was a hit amongst the teenagers, Exceptionally clean, It was convenient to have the bathroom separate from the shower area, The apartment was nestled in a community, hidden behind a building front with a locked entrance, it almost had a magical feel to it, Highly recommended!

Had an amazing time at Joffrey's place, The apartment was cozy, warm, and peaceful at night, It's conveniently located near multiple metro lines, very close to the Arc De Triomphe and Eiffel Tower, as well as the Champs Elysees, We loved admiring the views every time we stepped out! Will definitely choose to stay here again!! There's a wonderful bakery just across the street and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity!

Highly suggest, Flat as shown in the pictures, Very clean, Towels and beddings spotless, An excellent location, Eiffel Tower at one end of the street and the Arc de Triomphe at the other, Kleiber Pub across the street is a must-visit for food, And Frog XVI pub 200 meters away = amazing beer and amazing staff!
