Das Quartier war schön eingerichtet und sauber, über eine Webdeltreppe im 4, Stock, Das Bad und Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend groß für zwei Personen, Gute Geschäfte und Restaurants in 2 Minuten Entfernung, 3 U-Bahnlinien in 3 Minuten Entfernung, Die Hauptstraße war sehr belebt und laut, das Zimmer in der Nebenstraße war dank dichter Fenster ruhiger, Es gab teilweise laute Leute auf der Straße, Leider war bei uns das Besteck etwas knapp (nur eine Gabel und ein kleiner Löffel, sonst gut ausgestattet), Die Handtücher waren sauber und weich, das Bett sehr bequem, TV, Föhn, alles war vorhanden, Für die Garderobe gab es etwas wenig Platz (ein schmaler Schrank, 3 Kleiderbügel), Preis-Leistung war in Ordnung, Wir waren zufrieden, In diesem Haus scheinen nur 4-5 Airbnb-Wohnungen zu sein, sonst nichts,

Le logement était joliment meublé et propre, via un escalier en colimaçon au 4ème étage, la salle de bain et la chambre étaient assez grandes pour deux personnes, de bons magasins et restaurants à 2 minutes, 3 lignes de métro à 3 minutes, la rue principale était très fréquentée et bruyante, la chambre côté rue était plus calme grâce aux fenêtres étroites, il y avait parfois du monde bruyant dans la rue, malheureusement nous manquions un peu de couverts (seulement une fourchette et une petite cuillère, sinon bien équipées), les serviettes étaient faire le ménage et moelleux, le lit était très confortable, télé, sèche cheveux, tout y était, il y avait un peu de place pour l'armoire (un placard étroit, 3 cintres), le rapport qualité prix était correct, nous étions satisfaits, seulement 4 semblent être dans cette maison -5 appartements Airbnb pour être, rien d'autre,

L'appartement était de bonne taille pour une personne seule et dans un excellent emplacement, à proximité de stations de métro très accessibles. Le seul inconvénient était que quelqu'un de l'équipe est entré dans l'appartement le matin de la veille de mon départ et a laissé un grand berceau pour enfant, probablement pour le prochain invité, sans me prévenir, ce qui occupait une grande partie de l'espace (limité) disponible dans l'appartement. L'appartement est idéal pour un couple, reflétant la taille d'une chambre d'hôtel compacte, L'emplacement ne pourrait pas être meilleur, Vous pouvez rejoindre le 3ème arrondissement en 10 à 20 minutes (Centre Georges Pompidou, Notre Dame, etc.) Il y avait des boulangeries et des restaurants exceptionnels juste au coin de la rue ! Upon arrival, we found the apartment to be clean and decent, It wasn't situated in the nicest area, but accessibility to key attractions via bus and metro was a breeze, The bed provided comfort and the neighborhood was peaceful during the night, However, we encountered a problem with the key which required immediate intervention from the hosts, We reached out to them via text, and they assured us they were addressing the issue, However, when we called a few hours later, it was evident they hadn't begun to rectify the problem, It took multiple conversations with different individuals from the host company before we found someone genuinely willing to assist us, The issue was eventually resolved,

À notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé l'appartement propre et convenable. Il n'était pas situé dans le quartier le plus agréable, mais l'accès aux principales attractions en bus et en métro était un jeu d'enfant. Le lit offrait du confort et le quartier était paisible pendant la nuit. Cependant, nous avons rencontré un problème avec la clé qui a nécessité une intervention immédiate des hôtes. Nous les avons contactés par SMS et ils nous ont assuré qu'ils s'occupaient du problème. Cependant, lorsque nous avons appelé quelques heures plus tard, il était évident qu'ils n'avaient pas commencé à rectifier le problème. Il a fallu plusieurs conversations avec différentes personnes de l'entreprise hôte avant de trouver quelqu'un véritablement disposé à nous aider. Le problème a finalement été résolu.

Very easy to reach from Gare du Nord (I walked with my luggage, but the metro makes it even easier), The location was surrounded by numerous amazing cafes and restaurants, Breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner choices are all available, It was also just across the street from a small convenience store, which was very handy, I went on a long run around Paris to visit all the famous landmarks, and it was a fantastic place to begin and end, Very central and near the Louvre (at least in terms of running distance, but I also took a leisurely walk there on my final morning), Would gladly recommend and stay again on my next trip to Paris,

Had everything we required including a small fan that assisted in keeping the place slightly cooler on humid days, The decoration was also charming and matched the photos on the listing, The entrance involves climbing a small spiral staircase to the fourth floor, so if that is challenging, it may not be the most suitable option - but we didn't have a problem with it! We appreciated its proximity to the metro (less than a 5-minute walk) and how central it was to all the activities we wanted to do in Paris,
