Un joli appartement convenablement localisé et suffisamment éloigné de l'avenue des Ternes pour ne pas être dérangé par trop de bruit, Le Tram et le Bus sont à 50 mètres de l'immeuble, ce qui est très commode, Au 4e étage, belle clarté, attention, l'ascenseur est petit mais tout à fait opérationnel et peut aider à transporter les bagages sans difficulté,
