The apartment requires immediate maintenance, all door knobs are shaky and this has been previously pointed out by other guests, It seems the hosts are not interested in addressing these issues, All the cups in the kitchen were damaged,, There was no vacuuming done on the carpets, dusty nightstands and the most alarming was the lack of a mattress protector, There are numerous Airbnb apartments in the same building managed by the same company, Clearly a business with minimal concern for the guests' comfortable stay,

L'appartement nécessite un entretien immédiat, toutes les poignées de porte tremblent et cela a déjà été signalé par d'autres clients. Il semble que les hôtes ne soient pas intéressés à résoudre ces problèmes. Toutes les tasses de la cuisine étaient endommagées. Il n'y avait pas d'aspirateur sur les tapis, les tables de nuit étaient poussiéreuses et le plus alarmant était l'absence de protège-matelas. Il y a de nombreux appartements Airbnb dans le même immeuble gérés par la même entreprise. Il s'agit clairement d'une entreprise avec un minimum de souci du confort du séjour des clients.

L'appartement est grand et agréable avec une belle vue sur la nature, Le seul inconvénient, il n'est pas très bien entretenu,

Joffrey really saved the day! Our original CheckMyGuest host canceled on us last minute, but Joffrey was accommodating and had a place ready for us that exceeded our expectations! We will definitely return!

Lovely roomy flat in an excellent location, Traveled with two friends and felt very secure in the neighborhood, It was simple to access all parts of Paris with nearby train stations, Charming cafes/bakeries/restaurants all within walking distance as well, The host was very attentive and helpful too, Definitely worth recommending!

Joffery's place was in an amazing location, My two buddies and I stayed here for the weekend to discover Paris, it was the ideal spot for this, Plenty of shopping and trendy restaurants nearby, and major attractions like the Louvre and Arc de Triomphe were approximately a 35-minute walk away, The flat was extremely tidy and comfortably accommodated the three of us, There are numerous stairs upon entering, so be cautious if you have a lot of luggage, Furthermore, the walls are rather thin, and we could easily hear conversations from the neighboring apartments, None of this affected us in any way, but just wanted to mention it, Fantastic overall experience and at a reasonable price!

We had an amazing experience at Joffrey's place, We spent a long weekend there and the location is ideal for exploring the city, The apartment was spotless and roomy, The walls are a little thin, so you can hear the neighbors, but it didn't bother us much, I would definitely recommend this place,

Easy check-in process with detailed instructions, The host replied within an hour, Neat place with nicely arranged furniture, Comfortable and inviting bedroom, We were extremely pleased with our stay and it was definitely worth it,

I will certainly suggest this place to others and look forward to returning myself
