Joffrey's place was absolutely fantastic! The kitchen had everything you could ask for, the bedrooms were a good size, and there was plenty of storage space for luggage, clothes, and coats, The house was exactly as described, with numerous excellent cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and grocery options on the same street, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Excellent location with plenty of activities within easy walking distance, Close to the Eiffel Tower and the Latin Quarter, Lovely, peaceful, and secure neighborhood, I rated it 4 stars because we were unaware that there was no air conditioning, even though the apartment had a thermostat, Additionally, there was only one towel per guest, and we were a group of 4 staying for 4 days, After requesting more towels, the host only responded the night before we left, A quicker response for towel and extra fan requests would have been preferable, Despite these issues, it was a fantastic location, and the host assured us that the issues we highlighted would be addressed for future guests,

The house seems to have been recently renovated, It's a bit small for a group of 5, but that's typical of Parisian apartments, It would be ideal for 4 people, as there are 2 bedrooms, The metro is very close, There are plenty of nice dishes to use if you feel like cooking, During our stay, some essentials were missing, but the host offered to reimburse us for buying them ourselves, which was kind of him, Overall, I would recommend this place for your stay in Paris!
