weinig leefruimte, slaapkamers veel te klein. Kastdeuren kan je nauwelijks openen. Interieur zga nieuw. Helaas balkon aan het noorden. Ondanks dat er veel appartementen vrij waren, was daar niet over te onderhandelen. Al met al niet geweldig.

peu d'espace de vie, chambres beaucoup trop petites. Les portes des placards s'ouvrent difficilement. Intérieur comme neuf. Malheureusement balcon au nord. Malgré le fait que de nombreux appartements étaient disponibles, ce n'était pas négociable. Dans l'ensemble pas génial.

I spent a week trying to confirm that my booking was correct after noticing something was wrong in your confirmation. I found it very difficult to get in contact with anybody, nobody seemed to care. After multiple emails and phone calls with several people, confirming and guaranteeing I have the right apartment. I have now arrived and it is the wrong apartment with no sofa. The owner says he can't help me, despite one of your staff calling the apartment to confirm. Your offices are closed on the weekend so now I am stuck here after paying over €6000 for two weeks for a place with no comfortable seating. Just one dining table. All your accompanying documentation on confirmation and the booking listing clearly states our apartment as a 'double sofa bed'. I am very angry and disappointed with Belvilla and regret my decision to book with you.

J'ai passé une semaine à essayer de confirmer que ma réservation était correcte après avoir remarqué que quelque chose n'allait pas dans votre confirmation. J'ai trouvé très difficile d'entrer en contact avec qui que ce soit, personne ne semblait s'en soucier. Après plusieurs e-mails et appels téléphoniques avec plusieurs personnes, confirmant et garantissant que j'ai le bon appartement. Je suis maintenant arrivé et ce n'est pas le bon appartement sans canapé. Le propriétaire dit qu'il ne peut pas m'aider, malgré l'appel de l'un de vos employés pour confirmer. Vos bureaux sont fermés le week-end, alors maintenant je suis coincé ici après avoir payé plus de 6000 € pour deux semaines pour un endroit sans sièges confortables. Juste une table à manger. Tous vos documents d'accompagnement sur la confirmation et la liste de réservation indiquent clairement que notre appartement est un "canapé-lit double". Je suis très en colère et déçu par Belvilla et regrette ma décision de réserver avec vous.
