The location of the house is Ideal. When you walk down the path, you see the sea and the beach. It is a quiet place not far from Ebeltoft. The house itself needs attention. Apart from the fact that the cleaning was not done properly on arrival, the owner also has some things to do to make the house more suitable for rental. There are too many personal items in the house, all cupboards are also full of things. Because of this we have lived out of our suitcases, we have not unpacked anything. The barn was also a huge mess, there was a board that said there was no entry behind the board. The washing machine stood in front of the shelf, it spins at 800 rpm maximum. This is not useful in wet weather. The mattresses need to be replaced. And the mattresses on the bunk beds are unsuitable for adults, they are too thin for this. It is a pity that the owner leaves it at that, with a little effort the inside of the house can also be a lot fresher. Now there are stains on the dining room chairs because they are made of fabric. There is a lot of crockery in the kitchen, glasses become dusty because people do not need all these glasses. This does not give a fresh look in the cupboards. The amount of plates is also enormous, all different and not organized. The bathroom tiles in the shower cubicle were not free of mold. However, we were able to enjoy because we had fantastic weather. The garden is private, very nice. If you don't mind a littlebit of dust, the location and the garden are great!

Outre le fait que le ménage n'a pas été fait correctement à l'arrivée, le propriétaire a aussi des choses à faire pour rendre la maison plus adaptée à la location. Il y a trop d'objets personnels dans la maison, tous les placards sont également remplis de choses. Pour cette raison, nous avons vécu dans nos valises, nous n'avons rien déballé. La grange était aussi un énorme gâchis, il y avait un panneau qui disait qu'il n'y avait pas d'entrée derrière le panneau. La machine à laver se tenait devant l'étagère, elle essore à 800 tr/min maximum. Ce n'est pas utile par temps humide. Les matelas doivent être remplacés. Et les matelas des lits superposés ne conviennent pas aux adultes, ils sont trop fins pour cela. Il est dommage que le propriétaire en reste là, avec un peu d'effort l'intérieur de la maison peut aussi être beaucoup plus frais. Maintenant, il y a des taches sur les chaises de la salle à manger car elles sont en tissu. Il y a beaucoup de vaisselle dans la cuisine, les verres deviennent poussiéreux car les gens n'ont pas besoin de tous ces verres. Cela ne donne pas un coup de neuf dans les placards. La quantité d'assiettes est également énorme, toutes différentes et non organisées. Les carreaux de la salle de bain dans la cabine de douche n'étaient pas exempts de moisissure. Cependant, nous avons pu en profiter car nous avons eu un temps fantastique. Le jardin est privé, très agréable. Si un peu de poussière ne vous dérange pas, l'emplacement et le jardin sont super !
